Head over to Sungei Wang for the latest fashion-themed “Fashion Mix Up” event happening now until the end of the month. “Fashion Mix Up” introduces various unique, trendy and affordable fashion and accessories brands all under one roof.
A collaboration between CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust and Refash Malaysia, one of the fashion retailers at Sungei Wang, one of the main highlights of “Fashion Mix Up” is the special garments which are sponsored by tenants during the event. Shoppers can also unleash their hidden artistic talents by taking part in the various exciting workshops that are lined up such as 3D Fashion Flora with Limzy, Make Your Own Jewelry, Styling Tips and Tricks and Make Your Own Fabric Pouch. There are also several contests like Project Runway, Mannequin Design and Mix & Match.
Today, guest of honour, Miss Limzy will officiate the launch event “Live Fashion Painting”. Limzy, a Malaysian visual artist with international recognition, is famed for her use of flowers, food and other household items to create show-stopping pieces of art. These unusual art materials are further enhanced with colourful illustrations to produce lively and engaging pieces that are surprisingly realistic.
At the Concourse Floor, Malaysian and Singaporean fashion retailers are showcasing a fashion trade show where several retailers including Refash, Tinsel Rack, Fayth and Ohvola, SA Creations and ZHL will be promoting and selling their products at attractive prices. Shoppers who purchase any items at the trade show are in for a treat, they will be entitled to “The Epic Cash Vouchers Giveaway” where RM5 from every RM50 spent at Refash, Tinsel Rack, Fayth and Ohvola can be redeemed at selected outlets in Sungei Wang valid until 31 October 2017.
