It’s been a long time since I enjoyed a DIY coffee-in-a-cup as much as Aik Cheong IT’S Matcha Latte Nata De Coco. There are sachets in the cup marked 1, 2 and 3. 1 is the Matcha Latte powder, 2 is the Nata De Coco (I love that!) and 3 is the brown sugar (2 sachets).
This is a green, creamy and slightly frothy drink which is very satisfying. Not sweet & I don’t need to add the brown sugar provided. The caffeine from the matcha gets released into your body gradually, unlike the frenzied effect coffee gives. I am going to look for more of this. Can see myself getting addicted to Aik Cheong IT’S Matcha Latte Nata De Coco. Some of the Nata gets dissolved but there are still some intact pieces.
