Clarins White Plus Brightening Milk Treatment Lotion is not the typical toner as this one has a milky consistency. It promises to brighten complexions which is why it is part of the White Plus range. This is a comforting, nourishing and soothing lotion perfect for dry skin. I think that the best way to apply it is to pour on to the palms and pat on to skin as pouring it on to a cotton pad would be wasting some of the product.
This lovely lotion contains Acerola Fruit and Spergularia to help brighten the complexion. Good to have but the price is beyond my budget.
