Famous online magazines, Pa&Ma, Bintang Kecil and those under Nu Ideaktiv are proud to present Edutainment Fest, a program that unites the worlds of education and entertainment in a fun and rewarding experience. They have strong support from the National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN).
The festival is not just an entertainment program, but also a platform to nurture awareness of the importance of financial planning and savings for the future of children’s education.
This great festival aims to combine education with entertainment. It offers a variety of interactive workshops, activities, and presentations for children aged 0-6 designed to promote learning through
an enjoyable experience.
The Edutainment Fest SSPN Savings was held for two (2) days, namely on the 24th & 25 August 2024 held at Datum Jelatek Shopping Center from 9 am to 6 pm and received a very encouraging response. A variety of exciting activities were specially designed to nurture the development of the children’s mind and skills, while reminding parents of the importance of financial planning through support from SSPN. In this event, parents and children had fun together while preparing for a brighter future.
Edutainment Fest Highlights:
Merdeka Mega Rally & Parade: Dazzling parade with participation from children aged 4 to 6 years old in multi-coloured uniforms celebrating National Day with joy and cheerfulness.
Edutainment Fest Launch Ceremony: This launch highlighted the important role of education in shaping the future of our children. Supported by SSPN, it symbolizes their commitment to nurturing the younger generation. The launch of the Edutaintment Fest was officiated by Encik. Ahmad Dasuki Abdul Majid, Chief Executive of PTPTN.
Mega Coloring Competition: Gathering of 1,000 child participants. They received a medal and certificate of participation and in addition, the main winner for this competition received a SSPN savings account and a coloring set.
Merdeka Kids Marathon Catwalk: Little stars aged 1 to 3 years old showcased their creativity and style on stage. The top 10 participants received a SSPN savings account and a special voucher, while the next 20 participants received a consolation prize.
Catfluencer’s Distinctive Appearance: Visitors saw the most popular cats in Malaysia with their owners, as well as being able to learn about cat care, and enjoyed a unique experience with their beloved cats.
Borak PA&MA Edutainment Fest: A Useful Discourse with Celebrity, Syamel and Ika Nabella on the importance of family savings and financial management. Visitors learned practical tips and strategies to ensure the future their children are guaranteed.
Baby Marathon Race: A marathon race for babies that required participants to navigate a series of fun obstacles, from crawling tunnels to the challenge of finding mysterious items, designed specifically for them.
Little Star Meletop Concert: Great looks of preschool children with concerts that highlighted a variety of special talents. This concert provided a platform that supports self-expression and promotes their social development.
Edutainment Fest SSPN Savings Special Wheel Spin: Visitors participated in the Edutainment Fest SSPN Savings Special Wheel Spin by opening a new or additional SSPN Savings account. The winner with the gold ticket had the chance to spin the wheel for exciting prizes, including a valuable SSPN Savings account worth RM1000, accommodation vouchers, bicycles, car seats, toys and many more exciting prizes.
Among the celebrities who also enlivened this festival were Uyaina Arshad, Syamel, Haziq Hussni, Mark Adam, Ika Nabella and Dr. Tengku Asmadi. Their presence added more excitement and attraction to the festival, providing an experience which was more attractive to all visitors.
