Guardian Malaysia has taken their customers requirements and viewpoints into consideration in coming up with their fourth and latest concept store in Sunway Pyramid. Their customers want an enhanced retail experience, in-store beauty advisor and more variety of brands. A group of media was brought on a tour of their Sunway Pyramid outlet this morning where the focus was on derma skincare and new makeup brands from Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, India and Japan.
Located in Lower Ground Floor of Sunway Pyramid, the store has a wide range of makeup brands including the ten new ones, namely:-
- Beauty People (Korea)
- Elle 18 (India)
- Feeblin (Korea)
- LB Cosmetics (Japan)
- Pixy Cosmetics (Indonesia)
- Kiss Me Femme (Japan)
- Sea N Tree (Korea)
- Sugarbelle (founded by Malaysian boutique owner Belle Yahya)
- TOV (Korea)
- VT Cosmetics (Korea)
The new concept store has the comfort of customers in mind as the aisles are wide and products are displayed in a clear makeup bay and product displays are brightly lit to help ease product selection.
These little Night Miracle sleeping masks are so awfully cute as they come in the shape of egg (brightening), mango (soothing), avocado (elasticity) and pink shell (moisturising).
To ensure the needs of all its customers are met, including those who seek gentler products or who have sensitive skin, the skincare range has been further divided into 3 segments : 1) natural and organic featuring brands like Sukin and Skinfood 2) derma skincare brands such as Uriage, Avene, Eucerin and Bioderma and 3) brands for sensitive skin.
