The latest skincare product from Hada Labo is the Perfect Gel, multi-purpose as it is an essence, moisturiser and mask. It has a gel-type texture so it’s very lightweight and feels soothing on skin. It contains Nano Hyaluronic Acid, Super Hyaluronic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid. Nano Hyaluronic Acid is the smallest molecule Hyaluronic Acid as it can penetrate into the deepest layers of skin.
Other than the 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid, it also contains Hydrolyzed Collagen and Ceramide. It is free from alcohol, colorant, fragrance and mineral oil. It’s ideal for those who prefer more lightweight textured moisturisers without compromising on the level of hydration.
I used it as a sleeping mask by applying a thicker layer on my face before I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and could still feel some of it on my face but when I woke up in the morning, my skin had absorbed whatever was left on it. Still, there was a feeling of hydration not unlike the more famous sleeping masks even if my skin wasn’t as moist as when I applied the latter.

Seems interesting though. Does it is stain the pillow cause i sleep side way and afraid that the pillow will be the one receiving the benefits of hydration later =( .
I also sleep side ways. Haha! I know what you mean, more hydration on one side of the face than the other. Well I felt both sides of my face when I woke up in the middle of the night and both sides felt like they still had equal amounts of the gel on.
That sounds great as it “glued” to the face instead of ‘going’ to the pillow
this may be suitable for my morning routine when my etude house collagen cream finishes!
