Of all the Kiehl’s products I have always wanted to try, it’s the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate because if anyone needs anti-aging products, it’s me. I do realize that lines have already taken root on my face and they’re not going away any time soon but every product that promises to decrease lines and improve skin texture will get my attention and so it is with the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate which contains a potent dose of Vitamin C, an effective antioxidant, to protect the skin from free radical damage, as a complement to the UV protection provided by sunscreen. Vitamin C is known as an unstable molecule, losing its skin-benefitting properties quickly. With Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate , Kiehl’s chemists found a way to formulate and stabilize pure Vitamin C at high levels.
In addition to 10.5% Pure Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate contains:
Adenosine – When used within the formula, Adenosine helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Glycerin – When used within the formula, Glycerin helps the skin retain moisture for all-day hydration and smoothes skin
The serum has like a lotion texture, it’s dispensed from a dark pump bottle. I use one pump for my face followed by another pump for my neck, it feels slightly warm but not stinging. It’s not recommended to be used around the eyes. Use it twice daily for best results otherwise use it at night. I applied it day and night because I wanted fast results and there certainly were visible results because my marionette and nasolabial lines appeared less pronounced and fine lines on my forehead were smoothened. Skin texture was also generally improved with smoother and more radiant skin.
However if you really want to maximize the results, use the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate together with Midnight Recovery Concentrate which I have used some time ago but I seem to have better results the second time round. At night, I apply the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate followed by Midnight Recovery Concentrate and in the morning, my skin looks less tired and glowing.
Using these 2 products together is about the best anti-aging regimen I have ever tried because they both have the effect of repairing skin. Midnight Recovery Concentrate is a water-free, readily absorbed blend of 10 potent botanical extracts and essential oils that accelerates overnight skin recovery and also optimizes skin’s natural restorative processes. The formula provides three stages of visible skin repair. During the first stage of recovery, in just one night, skin appears more radiant. The second stage begins in as little as seven nights, showing a visibly smoother, more even skin texture. it does look creamy. Probably target those after 30 with drier skin? I am afraid that I might break out from it but the Vitamin C in the product sound amazing! I haven’t get to try product with Vitamin C yet but hear a lot of rave about Vitamin C does for anti-aging.
Yes, it’s for those of a certain age. You are still too young for this one, wait a few more years haha!
All these products look so promising but do you think they really work I tried Estée Lauder serum 2 bottles but don’t really see any difference 🙁

Above 30 would be the right age, in my opinion although those showing premature signs of aging (before they’re 30) might feel they need such serums. Well in response to your question whether this one really works, I can see my skin look plumper and the line which stretches from my nostril to my lip looks less pronounced.
