Royal Jelly has always been a popular ingredient in skincare as we know it has certain benefits to improve skin condition. One benefit is that it promotes cell regeneration or new skin growth. This sheet mask is quite thick, certainly nowhere near as thin as the ones I am used to. It kept dropping off when I was sitting up so the best way is to use it lying down. My skin is hydrated but I would prefer a thinner sheet mask which adheres better to skin.
