Recent studies have shown that 90% of Malaysians still suffer from tooth decay, even though they brush their teeth daily. It’s little wonder then that most dentists have their appointment books full daily. Take it from me, dental charges are high and there’s no such thing as asking for a discount unlike some other professional charges!
Listerine® Natural Green Tea mouthwash is enriched with a mild green tea flavour and contains 2 times more fluoride (compared to other Listerine® variants with fluoride in Malaysia) to protect teeth from cavities. Listerine® Natural Green Tea mouthwash contains essential oils with proven antimicrobial effects. The flavour is indeed very mild. I gargle my mouth with approximately 20ml of the mouthwash after brushing my teeth and there’s a slight tingling sensation.
It’s not that my breath smells any fresher in the mornings but I’d say that when I use this mouthwash after brushing my teeth right before going to bed, my breath doesn’t smell so pungent the next morning. I can’t vouch for the prevention of cavities claim though since my teeth are beyond help no thanks to having a predilection for all things sweet at a very young age.
