L’oreal Paris Color Riche had a makeover earlier this year. The packaging looks more shiny and sleek now that it’s encased in gold. The case doesn’t feel heavy at all which is what I would expect of a drugstore product. If it looked and felt more expensive, it wouldn’t be less than RM50. With the new look comes new shades, all 14 of them ranging from beige, peach, rose, berry to red. I received Peach Dream C402 for review.
It looks more peachy IRL than in the image above. The color isn’t too intense and it gives very good color pay-off as two swipes is all I need for some saturated color and for a drugstore lipstick, it’s quite long-lasting as there’s no fading unless I have had a drink.
It feels moisturising and although I don’t love this shade, I don’t particularly hate it either. It’s a very wearable shade and I could grow to like it the more I wear it. I like the texture of this lipstick enough to want to check out the rose shades the next time I am in a drugstore.

The colour look just okay. =) Yeah, more like a everyday wearable colour. Just wondering if the gold colour on the case will fade off after some time
