Tired or daunted by using loose pigments which may be difficult or time-consuming to apply properly? Well, MAC has the answer to that in the form of the Loose Pigments Collection. This is a highly pearlized, creamy Pressed Pigment with quite a lot of shimmer.
The effect is a shimmering translucent finish when applied dry and high-gloss dramatic coverage when applied wet. They swatched very well dry and I don’t think there is much of a need to use them wet unless one is going for a very intense look.
