Packaged in sleek chrome, these Ultimate lipsticks certainly don’t look like the regular MAC lipsticks. They’re in a new luxe formula, creamy and with full coverage in one swift stroke. Last time I checked at some MAC outlets, most of the Ultimate lipsticks were sold out and it’s easy to see why as the colours are bright and attractive. They won’t be as drying as matte textured lipsticks.
I don’t know if anyone else has held a Giveaway of MAC Ultimate lipsticks but I am offering a set of two worth RM184 to one lucky reader. The shades are Femme-De-Luxe (bright pink) and Fashionfruit (Asia Exclusive peach orange). If there’s one thing I know about MAC lipsticks, they last a long time even with daily use.

What MAC collection theme would you like to see if you had a say in whatever new collection the brand comes up with?
Personally, I would love to see a Zodiac collection (as in Aquarius, Virgo, Pisces, Leo, Sagittarius) because I wouldn’t mind having my star sign illustrated on the packaging of the products and I would like a charm collection because a trinket collection would be so cute.

I would love to see MAC do a collection with the Sirens from the 1950s. Having colors portrayed by the like of Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Dorothy Dandridge and the likes! This collection would portray women in those days, challenging the typical norms and cultures dominated by men! A freedom collection I would say, something that would advocate equality and guts!
I would love to see Mac to come out a collection with most significant landmark of different country. They can have each colour symbolic or representing the landmarks. As I like travelling around, I’m sure that different country landmark sure carry different colour scheme. For example, the Paris Eiffel Tower have different appearance on day and night thus inspiring them to create gold, silver and brown tone for Eiffel Tower. This can be a worthy collection for MAC lover and they can embossed the landmark on the blusher or eyeshadow palette as well.
I would my MAC collection to be based on beautiful local landmarks and flowers of Malaysia. It will be a collector’s items gilded with crystals depicting the embossed landmarks and it helps people to learn more about their own country. A short history can be included as part of the packaging.
It also gives people to be proud of their own country treasures first.
MAC had partnered with American comics and cartoon figures, such as Archie Comic Collection, The Simpsons Collection and DC comics Wonder Woman Collection. For a change, I would like to see MAC coming out with Japanese anime or manga themed collection, such as One Piece, Fairy Tail, Bleach, etc. I’m not really an anime/manga person, that’s why that’s the only few i could name. hahaha…I’m pretty sure if MAC really comes up with such collections, it’ll definitely be a big hit, especially among cosplayers. One more! I think Sailor Moon collection would definitely stir up nostalgia for those born in the 80s especially.

Personally, I have a few collections that I would like to see if there is any chance of it coming up.
1. Literature collections that features all the famous literary works such as Shakespeare work’s, Jane Austen, Stephen King or even Roald Dahl
2. Greek’s collection featuring the Ancient Greek’s god and goddess
3. Astronomical collection featuring the milky way and planets
4. Dinosaur collections which I know it sound crazy but I guess it would be interesting to feature for all the ancient animal lovers out there
5. Flinstones collection-love the cartoon so much when I was younger
6. Bejewelled collection-unique stones and famous name of precious gems
7. Famous paintings collection-featuring all the famous paintings such as Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Picasso
8. Technological collection-featuring the futuristic makeup
9. Job costume collections-I know it sound crazy but applying ’doctor’s lipstick’ sounds great

Meow …… I heard about this giveaway and just made it here in time! I was held up by bad weather. I think MAC should do these collections:
1) A Powerpuff Girls Collection. The colour scheme for this collection can be based on the 3 Powerpuff Girls, Blossom, Buttercup and Bubbles, and it will be fabulous because all 3 of them are so cute and they have superpowers!
2) A Charlie’s Girls Collection. This collection can feature the female friends of Charlie Brown, e.g. Marcie, Lucy, Peppermint Patty, Peggy ….. and even his sister, Sally Brown, can pay a visit to MAC, together with Snoopy and Woodstock too!
3) An Egyptian Queens Collection. The makeup style for this collection can be inspired by the looks of Cleopatra, Queen Nefertiti etc., and the packaging of the products can feature Egyptian style jewels and jewellery motifs. It would be an ultra glam collection indeed!
4) A MAC Classics Collection. This collection can feature all the best selling MAC products (and even discontinued bestsellers) from years gone by and repromote them for the benefit of those who only recently discovered the brand. The repromoted products should also be in special packaging for the benefit of those avid MAC collectors out there!
Your idea is so creative! I would love a charm from the collection too!
If I have the power in deciding everything then I can foresee that I come out with a Princess Collection hehe~ I will design flawless foundation and eye-catching red lipsticks under Snow White series; Bronzers to create Pocahontas’ healthy look; natural and girlish make up under Cinderella series; Pastel and soft toned make up will be under Belle series. Of course, each of the products will be packaged according to the characteristics of the corresponding princesses and the story line s. For example, an apple shaped (in red colour!) eye shadow palettes under Snow White series; a Pumpkin car shaped palette and lipsticks in Glass Shoes shape, oh my god it will be very dreamy and pretty! I bet that my Princess Collection will catch the heart of every girl!
