With more than 150 dishes on 4 rotational menus, be prepare to be enchanted by the rich tapestry of flavors as the buffet showcases a diverse selection of traditional dishes. Let’s start with ‘Keropok Beraneka & Rempeyek’, presenting a medley of textures and tastes that evoke the true spirit of Malaysian culinary heritage.

Seafood galore
Signature Buttery Pilaf Rice
Roti Jala
My favourite dish of this buffet is the wagyu

An absolute standout on our menu, the Whole Roasted Lamb Stuffed with Briyani, a succulent masterpiece that captures the essence of festive feasting. The lamb is expertly roasted to perfection, ensuring a delectable and tender experience for all the guests. It’s a feast for the senses that embodies the festive spirit of Ramadan. If you are not a fan of Lamb, then try out our Roasted Chicken Percik style or Roasted Marinated Whole Beef Tenderloin with Mixed Condiments.

For those seeking a taste of the exotic, Mixed Gear Box Soup offers a delightful mix of cartilage, stomach, lung and tongue, creating a robust and flavorful broth that pays homage to the rich culinary heritage of the region.

Best dessert is the ice cream
Bread & Butter Pudding

Savor the time-honored ‘Rendang Belanga Tradisional’, a slow-cooked aromatic chicken, beef or lamb dish that is a true testament to the artistry of Malaysian cooking, and let your taste buds travel to the Middle East with ‘Sajian Sentuhan Timur Tengah’ – a fusion of flavors that harmoniously blend the best of both worlds.

The buffet spread also features the beloved classics of Ramadan – ‘Ketupat’ and ‘Lemang’. These traditional favorites add a touch of nostalgia to the feast, bringing back fond memories and creating new ones. ‘Kerang Masak Rendang Pedas’, ‘Udang Harimau Masak Gulai’, Asam ’Pedas Ikan Pari’ and ’Gulai Kawah Kambing’ are some of the Malay dishes which can be found on the buffet counter.

A Ramadan feast would not be complete without the ‘Goreng-gorengan’ station, where diners can enjoy keropok lekor, pisang goreng, keledek and other deep-fried treats.

If you are not a really fan of Malay cuisine, they do have other delicacies for you to break fast with such as the Chinese station where you would not want to miss out on their signature Hainan Chicken Rice, Stir Fried Lamb with Capsicum, Cantonese Fried Noodles and much more.

Japanese foodies will be also be pleased to see the sight of a luscious spread of assorted Sashimi and Sushi as well as the Tempura live station.

To culminate the evening on a sweet note, enjoy the heavenly desserts that one must try for a contented tummy. Be treated to delectable desserts such as Assorted Malay Kuih, Ice Kacang, Cendol, assorted Agar-Agar, assorted cakes, six different types of ice cream and many more.

While you are dining, be entertained with the live Ghazal music performance, from 12 March until 9 April, from 6.30 pm onwards.

The hotel also offers guests a designated prayer room (Surau), prayer mats and on-site ablution facility on the Concourse Level, allowing guests to comfortably perform their religious duties before breaking fast.

In addition to the delectable spread, Cinnamon Coffee House also promises a warm and inviting ambiance, creating the perfect setting for families and friends to come together and celebrate the spirit of Ramadan.

There are so many choices at this buffet that you might find it difficult to try even half of what’s on offer. For me, the best dish is the wagyu which is so tender and delicious (I had a few pieces). Just wish I had room for a few more. As for the desserts, one must try the cakes and ice cream. The price is worth it as the foodis of excellent quality and given the number of choices makes the prices totally justifiable.
