On my last visit to Sephora, I decided to have a very close look at all the Jumbo Liners, there aren’t as many shades as I expected. Still, this time I couldn’t leave without getting Kaki which has been on my mind for some time as I think it’s the nicest and most wearable of all the Jumbo Liner shades.
I do have a weakness for all makeup with an olive green shade, even better if they have flecks of gold but Kaki is just olive green but well pigmented. I thought it’d make a very arresting eyeliner and would pair well with all green eyeshadows.
There are so many things I like about this product – it is creamy, extremely blendable, doesn’t smudge or budge on my oily lids, can be used as eyeliner or eyeshadow if need be and the price is so affordable. You can get 2 of these for the price of 1 counter branded eyeliner. Some counter branded eyeliners cost more than the price of 2 of these, come to think of it.
Look 1 – used as eyeliner.
Look 2- used as eyeliner with Clarins Silver Green eyeshadow over it.
Look 3 – used as eyeshadow.
Actually, I think it’s a bit too strong and intense as an eyeshadow. I would rather use this as an eyeliner and apply powder eyeshadow over it. Nevertheless, it’s a good product to have in the bag since it has a double function.
