Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City (SMC) is proud to announce the launch of the Time to Move 90-day wellness programme, designed to guide participants on a holistic health journey, starting with a body check-up and ending with a final assessment that reflects their transformative progress. The programme, in collaboration with Samsung Malaysia Electronics, empowers participants to take charge of their well-being by providing tools, professional guidance, and consistent support over 90 days to ensure long-lasting improvements in their health.

Time to Move encourages participants to start their wellness journey by understanding their baseline health through a body check-up. Over the course of the 90-day programme, participants will be supported by healthcare professionals, engaged in fitness challenges, and equipped with technology to monitor their progress. The programme culminates with a final assessment, giving participants the opportunity to see measurable outcomes, track improvements, and experience the satisfaction of becoming healthier, stronger, and more energetic.

The programme was launched here at SMC by

In addition to the physical challenges, the programme includes group workout sessions led by experts, ensuring participants stay motivated and engaged throughout their journey.
