Instantly, the rich, creamy formula conditions while creating ultra black lashes for a rich, lash-tint effect. The unique wand was specifically designed to curl and coat lashes without removing the fibers.
Step 2 involves applying the weightless, down-like Nylon Lash Fibers which have been specifically treated to cling comfortably to lashes all day long.
