Some of my favourite lipstick shades are in Clinique’s High Impact Lip Colour and Long Last Lipstick ranges. The colour pay-off is excellent and there are a lot or rose and violet tones that are really to my liking which is why time and time again, I go back to Clinique lipsticks despite the multitude of choices available these days.
However, thanks to Clinique’s excellent GWPs which offer a mix of useful deluxe-sized skincare and make-up such as lipsticks, glosses and mascara, I don’t often need to purchase their lipsticks. One such GPW included the High Impact Lip Colour SPF 15 in Rosette, a satin golden-rose shade with gold shimmer.
Colour-saturated or what? This lipstick meets all my requirements on every score, a smooth, non-drying texture which has a “WOW” factor for me. I love the subtle shimmer in the rosy shade. It’s a totally awesome shade and I wouldn’t be surprised if this was one of their bestsellers. It has good staying power too, lasting 4 hours before fading a little if I don’t eat anything.
