Frequent visitors to our shopping malls this month will probably not fail to notice the beauty brands promoting their whitening ranges with special sets and GWPs provided you purchase one or two products from their whitening range. I’m not that into whitening products these days as I have far more serious skin concerns. I think that once a person ages, a few pigmentation spots here and there become of secondary concern. However there are still a lot of people out there who place pigmentation concerns as their sole or primary skin problem.

So I am giving away this set of Burt’s Bees Daisy White Moisturizing Cream AND Daisy White Eye Cream, total value RM260. If you would like to participate, please leave a comment on either (a) or (b) below.

(a) If you have used Burt’s Bees products before, what products did you like and why?

OR

(b) If you have never used any Burt’s Bees products before, what products would you like to try and why?

Burt’s Bees Daisy White range is a skincare line specially formulated for Asian skin. The main ingredient is daisy extract, carefully collected from wild daisies in Macedonia, Europe. According to Burt’s Bees, studies have shown that daisy extract has the power to influence all the main pathways involved in affecting skin tone specifically inhibiting the activity of the enzyme, also known as melanin (tyrosinase) responsible for skin colour, thereby brightening the skin. The regimen is said to help diminish the appearance of pigmentation and discolouration.

Certified as over 99% natural, the Daisy White line also contains ingredients such as lily of the valley, narcissus and seven species of alpine plant extracts including mallow, mint leaves, yellow-nine grass, the cloak grass, the water bitter leaf, lemon balm and yarrow.

  1. I’ve only used Burt’s Bees Lip Balm before. I like it because of its all natural ingredients. It doesn’t cause any problem to my sensitive lips. Unlike some which gives me itch and bumps. I would say this is the best lip balm I’ve ever used. Long lasting and moisturizing enough, well, at least for me. Some of my friends said it’s not moisturizing enough. I just put a thicker coat of the balm and it even stays on after drinking and eating. I’m just loving it and I’m already half way on my second tube. Mind you, one tube goes a loooongggg way even for me, a heavy user. Totally worth every single penny spent and it’s not very expensive.

I’m always curious how good is Burt’s Bees skincare products, but never have the courage to venture far from my staple skincare brands. Perhaps this giveaway is a good excuse for me to find the courage to try. I really do hope I would win this giveaway! Thanks for the giveaway btw!

  2. Very much like their promegarate lip balm! Has a light, soothing texture that protects well and leaves my lips feeling soft and moisturized. No tinted look, when applied. Keeps my lips from being chapped, even in this hot and dry weather. Much prefer it over other brands. Also like the Burt’s Bees Lipbalm with mango butter, but like this just a bit more! Good for everyday and every night use. All natural, too. Not too expensive. Love it!

  3. Thanks for another amazing and salivating giveaway again XP. You are so generous Juniper Journal!

I would love to try their white Daisy eye cream. Burt’s bees products are know for their natural products and all of the ranges consisted of organic and natural products. Since my eyes are sensitive and it has been sometimes since I use eye cream. It sound like an amazing products that can get rid of the appearance of dark spots, reduces the appearance of puffiness, fine lines, and wrinkles. I really wanted to get rid of the puffiness that me look so much like a 50 years old.

Yeah, I understand your feeling and I too have many skin concern. Of course having luminous, bright and free from pigmentation is my dream as makeup will adhere better on a healthy skin.

  4. Thanks for the giveaway Juniper! I will be commenting based on (a). I used Burt’s Bees hand cream before and I love it. It really nourishes, hydrates and moisturizes my hands to a maximum level. When I was in Taiwan, the weather is very dry and I started to have eczema on my hands. Thanks to Burt’s Bee hand cream, my hands’ condition improved and after I started to use Burt’s Bee hand cream, my hand no longer facing eczema problem. But one thing I don’t like is the strong smell of the hand cream.

By the way, can I know what is your major skin concern? I’m quite curious on this haha~
