The only MAC lipsticks that I would go for are the Amplified ones as they are the most hydrating and give the best colour pay-off. They have very nice pigments and last longer than the others like Frost or Cremesheen. So I brought back some empty containers to exchange for an Amplified and found Up The Amp.
Up The Amp is a pink-purple lipstick which goes on very creamy. I’d swatched a few Amplified shades and compared them to Up The Amp but nothing could quite measure up to this and I seem to gravitate towards purplish shades nowadays.
I was actually looking for a coral shade just to break away from what I’d normally go for but when I tried on Up The Amp, I fell in love with this shade. It’s not too dark and I think it is perfect for day or evening wear. Retails at RM70.

You look good even with purple lipstick. I can’t handle purple. It looks like as if I am sick
