Burt’s Bee’s Intense Hydration Giveaway

i love how gentle Burt’s products are. I cannot LIVE without my beeswax chapsticks when i have a cold.

the first time I was introduced to Burt’s bees I was a teenager, my aunt got a gift set with 4-5 things which went in the trash can eventually as I found the bottles quite unattractive at that time…but a few years later I found out all the products are made of natural ingredients and that’s something everyone looks for I think….

Thanks to Junipers for letting me to have the chance to tried on their hand salve and lemon butter cuticle cream, as before this my exposure to this brand was limited to its beeswax lipbalm which is the featured product from them. Both items I tried is 100% natural ingredients and they have a natural sweet scent and vintage packaging as well.

After clicking into the website surprisingly, Burt’s Bee first product on shelves were CANDLES! From there, the business expand to health and beauty care line. Now they keep on working towards their philosophy which is Earthly Friendly Natural Personal Care for the Greater Good!

My first Burt’s Bees product is their hand cream. The hand cream is probably the best one among all the other brands that I have ever tried, very rich, hydrating and moisturizing. However, I don’t like the funny smell of the hand cream (Not sure with their other skin care products but the hand cream smells very funny) Burt’s Bees products are all natural, which I love the most because you just don’t need to worry about paraben and chemical traces in their products. I know how hazardous and harmful these chemicals are so I always try to avoid them when choosing skin care/ makeup products.

As I know, Burt’s Bees started of with making candles from beeswax and then developed lipbalm and many other products from beeswax. They are known to incorporate various natural ingredients in all their products, suitable for people who is sensitive towards chemical products and it’s environmentally friendly. I swear by Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Tube is the best Burt’s Bees product. All natural and moisturizes the lip very well. Need not worry to lick your lips and get ‘poisoned’. Hahaha. It can heal chapped lip in just overnight. When I’m half way through the tube, i’ll rush to the nearest store to get another spare one just to make sure i’ll never run out of this holy grail lip care product!

My first Burt’s Bees product is Naturally Nourishing Milk & Shea Butter Body Wash. This is a fairly gentle, moisturizing body wash that is a very good option for normal to dry skin. This would easily rate a Best Product if it did not contain as much fragrance as it does. In terms of being natural, this is fairly close. Getting much closer would likely result in a body wash that wouldn’t meet consumer expectations for esthetics and performance!

Almost all the skin-care lines in the world prefer to identify themselves as originating from companies established to create elegant, scientific formulations conceived with an in-depth understanding of the skin’s functions and needs. We say almost, because Burt’s Bees makes no such claim. Quite the contrary; this line is about as unglamorous and as unscientific as it gets.

Burt’s Bees Lip Balm is first tried product. This Product is one that I personally rely on all year round. The lip balm itself comes in several different flavours but I chose Honey, as I love Honey scents! It costs £3.69 from boots, which certainly doesn’t break the bank.

I really like the packaging of this lip balm. And the balm itself smells amazing! It is really moisturising, if my lips have cracked during the day, after my face routine irl apply a generous layer of this lip balm to my lips and by the morning I find my lips are almost healed!

Burt’s Bees comes from use of bees which is a company that relies on bee power to help heal the every day issues. Honey is so good for you in a diet and out. I’d recommend this to everyone. Theres many brands out there tho i feel that Burt’s Bees lip balm and products work for me, may be a bit expensive but i think its worth it for the organic ingredients used in this product.
