Yesterday morning, “A Taste Of France” food and beverage festival was launched at Village Grocer 1 Mont Kiara. I met Executive Chef David Lee, owner of The Pantry in Lorong Kurau, Taman Bukit Pantai. His café had provided the lovely croissants, pastries and breads at the launch. The Pantry was opened early this year with an emphasis on good coffee and simple yet delicious French food.
Borde is a company which specializes in dried, canned and frozen wild mushrooms. They are one of the European leaders on the market according to the Wild Mushroom industry.
These bottles look like they contain fruit juices or wine but they are actually vinegar.
