This year, IPC Shopping Centre brings Boo-Ville alive — a concourse filled with one-of-a-kind balloon installation made out of 50,000 biodegradable qualatex balloons. From now until 3rd November 2019, families can look forward to snapping Instagrammable pictures with a 16 feet pumpkin monster, along with friendly Casper-like ghosts, and scary zombies, all made out of balloons. It is a work of art by Malaysia’s very own balloon master, Joseph Ho, and Taiwan’s ‘Godfather of Balloons’, Ho Kun-Long. The award-winning duo has been part of the IPC family since 2015 and it is the fourth time working with the shopping centre.

Keeping it to the Halloween theme, Boo-Ville will also house multiple activities for families to take part in. This includes workshops, contest, special meet and greets and trick or treat walkabout

The entire one-of-a-kind balloon installation is made out of approximately 50,000 biodegradable qualatex balloons (100% earth-friendly) and currently floats at 2,600 square feet. As the main highlight of Boo-Ville, the Instagrammable feature is a work of art by Malaysia's very own balloon master, Joseph Ho, and Taiwan's 'Godfather of Balloons', Ho Kun-Long.
