Thereare all kinds of goodies as far as food is concerned during every Chinese New Year and this time round, one of the really cute ones has to be these ice cream gateaux from Frozen ice cream boutique created especially for this festive season. I visited their Telawi outlet this afternoon and although I didn’t sample them, I have to show you all how lovely they look.
Mousey, is an exclusive blend of strawberry ice cream layered with refreshing lychee sorbet.
‘Pineapple’, is a savoury blend of cocount sorbet, caramel ice cream and pineapple sorbet, encased in a vanilla dacquoise.
‘Fu 福’ combines Weiss 63% dark chocolate ice cream with fresh mandarin sorbet and candied orange peel plus almond praline.
They will be available until tomorrow, the 15th day of Chinese New Year.
