The event, which coincides with Malaysia’s 67th Independence Day celebrations on 31st August, symbolizes the brand’s deep-rooted commitment to Malaysia’s rich cultural tapestry.

The Grand Launching was graced by the presence of the esteemed Guest of Honour, Yang Mulia Tengku Dato’ Dr Hishammuddin Zaizi, who commended the rapid growth of Mee Hiris China Muslim, stating, “I’m proud of how quickly Mee Hiris China Muslim has grown to 31 branches in just a few years. It’s great to see more Muslim friends getting the chance to enjoy the unique flavors of Chinese Muslim cuisine, knowing that everything is prepared in their central kitchen with strict Halal standards in place.”

The highlight of their menu is the “Mee Hiris Soup with Braised Beef,” features hand-pulled noodles made fresh daily, paired with a rich, savory broth and topped with halal meats and locally sourced vegetables.
