The highlight of their menu is the “Mee Hiris Soup with Braised Beef,” features hand-pulled noodles made fresh daily, paired with a rich, savory broth and topped with halal meats and locally sourced vegetables. In a creative collaboration, Mee Hiris China Muslim has partnered with Kuala Lumpur’s popular KL Hop On Hop Off double-decker bus to adorn it with eye-catching Mee Hiris China Muslim’s signature dishes. “We’re excited to bring the Mee Hiris experience directly to the streets of Malaysia,” says Mr. Elmy. “By partnering with Hop On Hop Off buses, we’re not just advertising our brand, we’re becoming part of the city’s landscape and tourist experience.
