L to R – Neutral (natural tone), Tinted (radiance tone), Beige (even tone)

Clarins offers several types of sunscreen protection, there are 3 100% mineral sunscreens and a new BB Cream (it was only a matter of time before Clarins would come out with their version) but more on the BB Cream in a later post since that one will be available in April.

The UV Plus HP Day Screen High Protection SPF 40 come in 3 different tones – white, light pink and beige – to cater to one’s skin needs and concerns. Choose the neutral shade if you want it to blend invisibly into skin for a natural look, the light pink if you want to revive skin with a subtle, pink radiance and beige if you’d like an even skin tone and help minimise the look of redness and imperfections.

As I only had a small tube of Tinted (radiance tone), I used that one and it lasted for about two weeks. Don’t need much of it as it is quite fluid and has a very nice consistency with a mild scent of what I think is cantaloupe since it contains cantaloupe melon extract which is said to have a high content of antioxidant molecules.

aftI could definitely see the difference after the sunscreen had been absorbed as my skin had a radiance and a bit of a rosy glow. In a way, it acts as a primer before foundation since it helps even skin tone and add luminosity to skin. I like this sunscreen and wouldn’t mind using it everyday.

Clarins UV Plus HP Day Screen High Protection SPF 40 comes in 30ml/RM158.
