You see them everywhere – creative colouring books aren’t just for kids. There are creative colouring for adults galore, from floral to geometric and even Maori designs. Forget Sudoku, puzzles and crosswords, these creative colouring for adults are taking the world by storm. Suddenly we are all reaching for colour pencils and crayons. These books are said to be good for calming and de-stressing and even insomnia.

I’ve never been one creative person when it comes to art. I can draft poems, speeches, compositions and the like but when it comes to colouring anything, I have zero interest and no colouring books for adults will tempt me into joining the bandwagon.
