Part of the appeal of subscribing to beauty boxes is to be surprised by the contents which hopefully contain something you have never tried before. I hope I am not being immodest by saying that I have tried countless products even before I started this blog so I like to see new products and learn more about the brand.
One of the products in Vanity Trove’s Debut Box is a 25ml tube of Di Palomo Tuscan Rose Moisturising Body Wash. Di Palomo’s products are made in England and the products are inspired by Italy, hence the Italian name I presume. Anyway, there’re 4 ranges, the other 3 being Wild Fig & Grape, Orange Blossom with Wild Honey & Olive and White Grape with Aloe. All sound really nice, right? I would like to try something from the Orange Blossom range as I am a fan of citrus scents.
Yes, the Tuscan Rose Moisturising Body Wash contains sodium laureth sulphate which perhaps explains why it produces quite a lot of foam especially when used with a bath sponge. The scent is rather mild. In fact, I wouldn’t have minded if the rose scent was a bit stronger.
This is quite a nice body wash but I think I would have preferred the Orange Blossom scent. Di Palomo Tuscan Rose Moisturising Body Wash retails at RM69/250ml.
