I didn’t quite know what to make of this product. Is it a toner? Is it a serum? It’s got to be more a toner than a serum because I’m supposed to apply it right after cleansing. However, it’s not like the typical toner which is very liquid. This one’s thicker and not runny. It has a rather viscous quality to it, feels slightly sticky but not to the point of being uncomfortable.

The bottle looks like a medicine bottle and fits the product as it’s in the cosmeceutical category. It has a pipette dispenser which pumps out just the right amount per application. The product description states that it keeps moisture locked in and optimizes skin turnover, kind of what an exfoliator would do, I presume.

I have been using this for a few weeks before I apply serum. I use my fingertips to pat in the product and it’s instantly absorbed. I haven’t been using an exfoliator regularly (time to replenish) while I have been using this booster. My skin tone looks brighter and I feel my skin has become smoother so the 7 different vitamins in this product must be nourishing my skin!

Dr. Jart V7 Turnover Booster is RM145/50ml.

  1. Hi

I am interested in this product. Could you publish the list of ingredients, so that I know whether it contains any ingredient that might irritate my sensitive skin?

    Thank you.
