When I was at the Estee Lauder counter last Saturday, I was introduced to the new Invisible Fluid Makeup. It’s been at the counters barely 2 weeks. There are just 6 shades available here, mostly catering to yellow skin tones. 5 of the shades are warm tones with just 1 cool tone.
The cool tones are brighter than the warm tones – W= warm and C = cool. Estee Lauder has a foundation colour chart which is help up to my jawline. Not surprisingly, my shade is the lightest warm tone. They may bring in more shades in future.

The Invisible Fluid Makeup is a lightweight (it really felt feather light more like a tinted moisturiser than foundation) foundation that doesn’t look cakey or settle into fine lines. It’s their first ultra light makeup that promises flawless skin without leaving a trace.
Estee Lauder advocates using a foundation brush to apply the foundation from centre of the face towards the outer. It’s their flower petal method to ensure even application of foundation. This foundation gives light to medium coverage. If you want fuller coverage, the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup is a better option.
There is also the Invisible Powder Makeup, also in 6 shades to complement Invisible Fluid Makeup.
The powder is applied in a rolling method.
I like the lightweight texture of the foundation as it hardly feels as if I have anything at all on my skin. It’s just like my natural skin, only much better. Many thanks to Senior Counter Manager, Yoke Leng for this fabulous makeover.
The Invisible Fluid Makeup retails at RM138.
It looks lovely on you! How long does it last on you?
Thank you! So nice of you to say so. There was a bit of shine on my nose area after a few hours but everything else was quite all right, stayed put.
Double wear stay in place is my holy grail! But I should try this out after I finish my current bottle.
