London Addixion is a limited-edition range of styling products from L’oreal Professionnel. The images on the products are hip and funky, reflecting the world of fashion. After all, London is one of the most fashionable cities in the world. The 3 products in this range provide different levels of hold to hair so you’d get a stronger hold with Bouncy Wax than Bubbles Soufflé and Sprax Delight. However you like to style your hair, London Addixion provides the solution. I’d passed the products to Camie and here’s her review.

L’Oreal Professionnel offers such an extensive range of haircare products from styling to treatment for all hair types. Behind the brand, professionals and experts work hard to deliver not only the best but the most concise offerings for each and every need out there. Its professional hair styling line, TecniArt recently announces the launch of its latest extra-special LE range – London Addixion.

The launch of its new collection is not just about the brand itself but what the brand offers. For over a decade, L’Oreal Professionnel has been a dedicated partner with University of Arts London, Central Saint Martins in providing session hair teams for their world-renowned BA and MA Graduate fashion shows.

As for its latest collection (London Addixion), it was a project to raise the platform for its best and up and coming design talent to take part in the competition of the limited edition packaging for 3 of its products. A round of applause to Isabel Eeles who has certainly understood the true spirit behind what London stands for (its quirkiness and fun).

Styled by L’Oreal Professional session supremo (clients include Lady Gaga, Kate Moss, Dior) Malcolm Edwards, the 3 super-cool styling products are the ideal toolkit to create what he named as the “London Look” – free spirit, creative and care free.

Bubbles Soufflé

It’s an aerated cream formula pumped up with air to create a perfect volumnizing blow-dry look for a fluffy, aerated texture for just any type of hair. It’s suitable for medium to thick hair and creates an instant light, soft look.

Bouncy Wax

It’s the combination of wax and cream which gives you a much lighter texture than wax but less greasy finishing than cream. While its holding factor is not being compromised by its composition, it gives styling a very flexible and reposition-able effect. The products also carry a very citrus scent resembling the smell of a grape fruit. It’s suitable for shorter and choppier styles.

Sprax Delight

A brand new definition of what we call wax in a bottle. It holds just as great as wax yet gives you the instant body of a spray. It’s perfect for people with short hair and always on the quick run like all Londoners. It’s lightweight and gives the hair a brilliant shine. Suitable for creating a wet look or on straight hair.
