One of the interesting products in MAC’s Surf Baby Collection is the Bronzer Stick. How to use it and how would it look like on Asian skins? Well, Camie takes it for a test run and we’ll see how she fares with it:-
Every time of the year, we know that girls go ga-ga over glowing skin, toned abs and bikinis – it’s summer time !!
MAC’s latest collection MAC Surf Baby ~ Get your hands on “her” and be your own Surf Baby!! To fit the theme, its packaging was inspired by a design from surf board and it uses colors like pink, yellow, teal and gray stripes to bring out the vibrant in it. Very much different from its usual all black packaging, these “babes” are pearly white and dressed in signature hibiscus flower.
What I have here with me is the MAC Skinsheen Bronzer Stick in Gilty Bronze. At first glance you may think that “isn’t it a little too bronze for me?” Hey, but that’s the reason for getting a bronzer in the first place. Getting a pretty glowing skin without having to bake under the sun. Once blended, you realise that the color isn’t that intense but instead it gives a gold shimmering after effect with an orange undertone. Avoid it if you happen to be too fair. Ideal for people with medium – tan skin. It looks super natural on me !! (I’m a MAC NC 30),
For this particular shade, I highly advise not to use it like your usual bronzer where you use for contouring your jaw line or the side of your forehead, simply because of its shimmering effect. Instead, use this as a highlighter on your cheekbones or the bridge of your nose. You can finish your look going natural and focus only on your complexion or if you like something more cheerful, try going with teal and peachy lips.
Sounds interesting? It’s selling for RM 120 (14g) and it could possibly last you like forever.
~ Sun kissed skin how difficult can it be?
