Penang State EXCO for Tourism, Arts, Culture and Heritage (PETACH) YB Yeoh Soon Hin, who also heads Penang State Tourism, presides over the launching ceremony together with Mr Ooi Chok Yan, CEO of Penang Global Tourism.
