Special black sugar (“kokutou”) is fermented with a special yeast using a unique technique, resulting in a concentrated compound of fermented black sugar extract, an original Kose ingredient. Kose Cosmeport Kokutousei Hydrating Gel Cream is a lightweight gel moisturiser that absorbs into skin instantly.
While I like the gel consistency, I think this one might be more suitable for younger or oily skin types as my skin needs a bit more hydration than what this provides. The hydration level isn’t high enough for dry skin not is it long-lasting enough.
