Just when I’d run out of hydration masks, I received 2 of these L’occitane Angelica Instant Hydration Masks recently. One of them is from L’occitane for review and the other is from a good friend who of course, didn’t know that I’d already received one from L’occitane but hey, I am not complaining because one can never have too many L’occitane products.
L’occitane Angelica Instant Hydration Mask is 1 of the 3 new products in the Angelica range. The Mask has only been available from last month. This is a gel-type mask which contains extracts of Patented Angelica Complex. It’s to be left on skin for 3 minutes but I usually leave it on for just a bit longer.
Even though I have not left the tube in the fridge, the mask feels quite cooling on my skin. It gives a nice, refreshing sensation and it makes me want to leave it on for as long as possible. It doesn’t need to be rinsed off as it has a rinse-free formula. Either wipe off the excess with a cloth or with a cotton pad soaked in toner.
The result? Plumper and more radiant, hydrated skin which maximises the effects of the skincare products to follow. My skin feels a lot more hydrated when I have used the mask before applying serum/moisturiser. The mask is recommended for use 2-3 times a week but I don’t think there’s any harm using it 4 times a week. I have and it hasn’t given me any break-outs but then again, I have skin severely in need of extra hydration.
L’occitane Angelica Instant Hydration Mask retails at RM122/75ml.
yes, I too would leave the mask on longer than 3 mins, juz for the feeling that I’m getting ALL the goodness of the mask…^_^
