Haritha Shan created this Beauty Ripper look which is a beautiful woman on one side and a Halloween horror on the other. I really liked the makeup on the model’s lips as it’s a testament to the wonders of makeup. Seeing this look makes me want to practise creating this look at home!
Anyway, here’s what Haritha used to create the look:-
1. On face
-
NC15 Pro Longwear Foundation to create a whitish pallor on face.
-
Medium Plus Mineralize Foundation.
- Basic Red Acrylic Paint as it doesn’t smudge and lasts more than 12 hours.
- Gold Deposit MSF on cheeks for a glowing effect.
- Dark Soil & Frozen Pigments.
2. On eyes:-
- Crystal Avalanche & Gesso eyeshadows with a blending brush.
- Amber Light eyeshadow which has a frost texture for a 3-D effect.
- Haute & Naughty Lash Mascara.
- Blacktrack Gel Liner with an angled brush.
3. On lips:-
- Smolder Eye Kohl Pencil, Fascinating Eye Kohl Pencil to fill in.
- Frozen White Pigment to give a 3-D effect.
- Set with loose powder,
- Charmed I’m Sure Lipstick from the Marilyn Monroe Collection.
This is the face chart for this look:-
For 1/2 face makeup looks such as the above, Haritha’s tip is to stick a thin cellotape on the middle of the face while the makeup is being applied so that neither side gets the colours from the other side. All the products used are from MAC’s regular collection other than the PRO product, Acrylic Paint.
