For those of you fortunate enough to have a bathtub, it can be so relaxing soaking in bath salts with all the lovely bubbles. At the Enchanti Naturals workshop on Sunday, we made 3 types of bath salts using Himalayan sea salt, baking soda, citric acid (also known as lemon acid) and essential oils.

The 3 types of bath salts are:

  • Relaxing – lemon and lavender essential oils
  • Refreshing – grapefruit and peppermint essential oils
  • Antibacterial – peppermint and lemongrass essential oils

We were advised to use them within a week otherwise there would be no bubbles. I think the finished product is beautiful. We had a lot of fun adding the various dried flowers and each bath salt smells divine.
