Small they may be in portion but this allows us to sample many of the beautifully presented food and just look at this year’s creative offerings at the Gala Launch of MIGF last Friday evening.

I met with some really friendly chefs who were very kind as they allowed me to sample their food without Taste Tokens. The most memorable food I tasted were the Stewed Australian Short Ribs with Wincarnis Medicated Wine from Chynna and Stewed Dried Seafood with Superior Ginger Pumpkin Soup from Imperial Rama.
OMG! All the food made me salivating non stop. How I wish I could be there!
