My Great Guardian Makeover

There’s a good reason the ladies came in droves and didn’t mind queuing up to be primped and prepped for a photo shoot. A lot of beauty brands offer makeovers with photo shoots but often you’d have to spend at least RM200-250 for that privilege and that’s a lot of money even if you are able to redeem the amount with products. With the Great Guardian Makeover, the fee is nominal and the process is so fast as I only waited 5 minutes to collect my photo.

But first it was 20 minutes at the hair styling station thanks to the patient guys from A Cut Above. At one time, there were two of them curling my hair with professional results. They may be students but there’s always someone guiding them which is great.

One can choose from any of these styles (I would have liked to have looked like Halle Berry but my hair is far too long):-

After the hair styling, one gets the makeup done by the MakeUp Puzzle team but I chose to have mine done at Catrice Cosmetics because I’d be offered that option by the nice people there and of course, I’d choose Catrice as I want to try out more of their products. My makeup was done by Zura who was wonderful with the shading and sculpting.

I love my Great Guardian Makeover photo as it’s much better than my previous Great Guardian Makeover photo. This one is definitely worth keeping and I’d like to say many thanks to Guardian, Catrice and A Cut Above for this lovely makeover.
