Nippon Sushi and MyViets are fully-owned by the Nippon Sushi Group, founded Siti Noraini Nuawi who unveiled the two Ramadan menus at a joint event today.

“Our unique Ramadan menus have been created by our experienced chefs to tantalise Malaysian tastebuds and satisfy those who are fasting. We have always prided ourselves for introducing international flavours with a local touch. By integrating local flavours into authentic Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine, our creative innovations make us unique in the competitive F&B space while appealing to local palates. As a local company ourselves, we understand the domestic market preferences and are able to customise our offerings and in accordance to halal guidelines set by JAKIM so that all Malaysians can eat in confidence,” said Siti Noraini Nuawi, Director & Founder of Nippon Sushi Group.

During the event, the chain restaurant group reinforced its commitment to be fully halal compliant with the announcement that 19 Nippon Sushi outlets and 13 MyViets outlets are now JAKIM certified in addition to its central kitchens, with more on the way. This assurance will soon be extended to include the Group’s other F&B brands, to give customers peace of mind on its quality halal ingredients, proper handling and good hygiene practices at both central kitchen and individual store levels.

Siti Noraini added, “We aim to be the leading halal F&B chain restaurant in Malaysia and beyond by adhering to the stringent compliance regulations laid out, and are committed to serving up delicious halal meals straight from the heart to customers.”

The Ramadan menu will extend into the Raya month and is available from 1 March – 30 April at all Nippon Sushi and MyViets outlets. For more information, follow Nippon Sushi Malaysia and MyViets Malaysia on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
