- Increased regular sanitization efforts.

For example, A Day – 日商号, Ground Floor offers personalized assistance by experienced staff wearing gloves to showcase artisanal accessories while Bacarat, 1st Floor personally presents Raya headscarves on mannequins for customers to preview their selected pieces before purchase. Tenants like Jaya Grocer, Lower Concourse and Skechers, 1st Floor provide disposable gloves and feet covers respectively for shoppers.
