This is the 2nd product I tried from last month’s Bag Of Love. Phytojoba Intense Hydration Brilliance Shampoo is a shampoo for dry, medium to coarse hair, sounds like the description of my hair which is almost always in need of more hydration.
Described on their USA website as an “aromatic coconut-based shampoo formulated to gently cleanse while instantly rehydrating hair with jojoba oil”, it has “a high concentration of mallow and cornflower extracts and a unique moisture-retaining wood cellulose complex to detangle and restore elasticity.” It certainly has a strong tropical scent about it.
What I didn’t quite expect was how runny ths consistency of this shampoo is because when I poured it out (expecting it to trickle out slowly), too much of it came out and spilled on to the bathtub! Anyway, it felt good because my hair wasn’t tangled up and it wasn’t harsh in that there was minimal hair fall-out during the shampoo. That’s one of the important factors for me when it comes to shampoos.
It is so aromatic and I wished I had a shower gel in that scent. This is one of those shampoos which upon rinsing out, I didn’t feel like I needed a conditioner to further soften and detangle my hair. This shampoo retails at RM88/200ml.
Sounds good. I guess my hair is really coarse that it needs not just shampoo > < .
Try a treatment.
The bottle packaging looks sleek!
As befits an expensive shampoo!
Yes yes but I heard great things about this brand, must be some reason they keep in this type of aluminum bottle yeah? Haha!
