After the media experiential tour of Intermark Mall last week, we were ushered to In Colonial Chinese Cuisine for prawn yee sang. Actually this is the first time I have had prawn yee sang which is a welcome alternative to the usual salmon yee sang. In Colonial is a colonial themed restaurant serving pork-free Chinese fare.
Their prawn yee sang was excellent as it was so crunchy and it was a memorable prawn salad. In Colonial has three cosy private dining rooms which can hold up to 30 pax for private dining. At this restaurant, modern Chinese cuisine is tastefully merged with the cultural refinements of an English colonial atmosphere.
