Ryo Damage Care & Nourishing Shampoo

A few weeks ago, thanks to Guardian’s 40% off haircare promotion, I purchased a 400ml bottle of Ryo Damage Care & Nourishing Shampoo. Been wanting to try this for some time as I do like Korean beauty and hair products, especially when they are ginseng or herbal medicine scented like this shampoo.

It contains 5 red plant-derived ingredients, namely fermented camellia oil, pomegranate, omija, cornelian cherry and peony. It lathers up very well and my hair feels soft when the lather has been rinsed off. It’s a very nice shampoo to use largely due to its lovely scent which remains in the air once I am out of the bathroom.

On its own, of course it doesn’t give my hair enough nourishment but paired with a hair mask, the result is good as hair becomes softer and more manageable.
