Actually I had no idea Sisley had fragrances until I was passed this sample of Sisley Eau de Campagne EDT. It was created in 1974 for men and women. My first impression of this fragrance is that it’s so grassy, reminds me of meadows and open fields. That’s the intention of the formulation, to bring those who use this fragrance to forests, like a breath of fresh air.
The composition includes bergamot, lemon, galbanum, tomato leaves, jasmine, lily of the valley, pelargonium, musk, patchouli, vetiver, oakmoss, plum and basil. It is a very unisex fragrance, neither too masculine or feminine. This fragrance was created by renowned French perfumer, Jean-Claude Ellena who has created dozens of fragrances for other brands.
