dsc_2325There are people who use oatmeal as a DIY Mask, it can be added to honey for extra nourishment. As oatmeal has a slightly rough texture, it’s ideal as a scrub. It has anti-inflammatory properties and soaks up excess oil while at the same time, it contains fats that hydrate skin. St. Ives Gentle Smoothing Oatmeal Scrub & Mask can be used for quick exfoliation or left on for a few minutes so skin can fully absorb the benefits.

dsc_2326Since it has a mask function, I prefer to leave it on for a few minutes. It dries up quickly and when washed off, skin feels very smooth. A good mask for healthy and radiant skin.
