Sunway Group has been named a Gold winner of Malaysia’s Best Managed Companies for 2024 by Deloitte Private, a division of leading global consulting company Deloitte.
Sunway is the only Malaysian conglomerate to have won the Best Managed award for four consecutive years, earning the Gold status that highlights the company’s sustained excellence and resilience in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Best Managed Companies is a leading business awards programme sponsored by Deloitte Private.
Hosted across 46 countries worldwide, award nominees are evaluated based on four core pillars of strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities and innovation, as well as governance and financials, against a global standard framework.

As Sunway celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, the group remains committed to advancing the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and continues to align them with Environmental, Social, and Governance targets as part of the group’s corporate strategy and social responsibility.
Sunway stands out as the first in Malaysia and among the first in Southeast Asia to implement an internal carbon pricing framework, among other innovative strategies and practices to drive progress towards the sustainability agenda and achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
