One of the most eye-catching restaurants at TasteMIGF 2015 was Iketeru Hilton KL thanks to Chef Ricky Kamiishi’s incredibly artistic presentation. The food looked like a work of art and I’m sure anyone who is lucky enough to dine at Iketeru will be taking more than a few photos of the dishes before tucking in.
Among Chef Ricky’s presentations at TasteMIGF 2015 are Grilled Wagyu Beef, Mushroom Risot Croquet with Miso Cream Sauce and Sea Trout with Ikura Roe served with Pink Soy Sauce and Deep Fried Crab & Cheese Spring Roll.
Chef Ricky takes traditional Japanese ingredients and prepares and presents them in a modern way.
