Present at TasteMIGF 2015 was relatively new premium steamboat restaurant, Ye Zi who are located at Bandar Utama. Ye Zi has been in operation for the past 8 months and serves steamboat in variants such as organic chicken broth, imperial canton broth, aromatic Taiwanese beef spice broth, fragrant Shao Xing wine seafood broth and wild forest truffle mushroom broth.
Ye Zi is the first steamboat restaurant in Malaysia to serve broth base made from pure coconut water.
