Having used L’oreal’s Base Magique and liking it, I dug through my stash to see what other primers I had and there was this 7.5ml sample of Benefit’s POREfessional. I wouldn’t reach for such products on a daily basis because I don’t have much of a pore problem, one of the “benefits” of dry skin, I suppose.
POREfessional is for minimizing the appearance of large pores and fine lines. It can be used under and over makeup for an airbrushed effect. I thought it’d be white or clear but it is beige although it doesn’t look beige on skin. It’s very easy to blend into skin and once blended, skin feels velvety smooth.
Is it really worth the price of RM120 for 15ml though? Well, it’d depend on whether this has a longer lasting effect (than Base Magique) for those with oily skins and I can’t answer that. All I can say is that both POREfessional and Base Magique deliver the same results instantly and that is pores look non-existent and skin feels unbelievably smooth.
