This product is crafted to achieve lasting coverage and reliable stay-ing power for a consistent look all day. In addition, this primer has light-reflective properties which enhance eyelids for a brilliant effect. You can can tell it has light-reflective properties as soon as you squeeze some out of the tube. This gives any eye shadow a slightly brilliant effect.

The creamy primer is very smooth and easy to apply on to lids. For best effects, pat on to lids and leave for 1 minute before applying eye shadow.
